Metal Honor,
cold steel,
hot lead,
bursting bombs,
dancing across,
always coming.
Shake of the ground,
full of mud,
covered in blood,
more fall.
Metal honor,
gashes from blades,
holes from bullets,
severed arms,
severed legs,
this is the honor.
The honor of metal,
fragment of war,
buried in the bodies of many,
buried in the minds of more.
This is the honor,
a soldier gets,
